Due to the nature of the door and buzzing system, we will not be able to accommodate late entries to class. Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before class begins. If you are not checked in 2 minutes before the start of class, your spot may be released to someone on the waitlist. Thank you for your understanding!

Our studio is a phone-free space. Before entering, please ensure the sound and vibration on your phone are turned off.

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your class online or from our app up to 2 hours before class to avoid losing the class or being charged a no-show or late cancellation fee. Please note that we do not accept phone or email cancellations. Drop-ins are non-refundable.

This ancient yoga method from Mysore, India is based on a set sequence of postures, which is repeated during each practice session. When the body starts to become familiar with the sequence, the mind is still and the result is a moving meditation. Your movements are coordinated with your breath as a way to steady and calm the mind. Ashtanga Yoga comprises six distinct series, with many beginning their journey with the Primary Series before progressing further. Known as “Yoga Chikitsa” or “The Primary Series,” it purifies and fortifies the body while enhancing flexibility and overall well-being. Deliberately crafted to be learned gradually over time, students advance in their practice through dedicated practice.
