Due to the nature of the door and buzzing system, we will not be able to accommodate late entries to class. Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before class begins. If you are not checked in 2 minutes before the start of class, your spot may be released to someone on the waitlist. Thank you for your understanding!

Mats and props are provided free of charge.

Our studio is a phone-free space. Before entering, please ensure the sound and vibration on your phone are turned off.

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your class online or from our app up to 2 hours before class to avoid losing the class or being charged a no-show or late cancellation fee. Please note that we do not accept phone or email cancellations. Drop-ins are non-refundable.
